# LEGAL NOTICE AND TERMS OF SERVICE

## 1. LEGAL NOTICE
This website is published by MAISON MLEE, a Limited Liability Company (SARL) with a capital of €100, registered under the SIREN number 917 889 099 (SIRET: 91788909900011).

## 2. SCOPE AND OBJECT
These Terms of Service (TOS) exclusively govern the sale of clothing and textile items between MAISON MLEE and any person making a purchase on this website. Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

## 3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices on our website are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping fees. Products remain the exclusive property of MAISON MLEE until full payment is received. Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is processed securely via credit card.

## 4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All products are shipped from France. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation (excluding weekends and public holidays), unless stated otherwise during specific collection drops. Transport risks are transferred to the customer once the products leave our facilities.

## 5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
In accordance with European consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), the Customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to return the products.
* Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
* Items must be returned brand new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging to our registered office address: MAISON MLEE, 5 rue des Vignerons, 94300 Vincennes, France.
Any product returned damaged, soiled, or incomplete will not be accepted or refunded.

## 6. LEGAL WARRANTIES
All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, allowing the Customer to return defective or non-compliant products delivered.

## 7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
