# REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
## 1. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your items must strictly meet the following conditions:
- Clothing must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all original tags securely attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Any item returned damaged, stained, washed, smelling of perfume, or without its original tags will not be approved for a refund and will be sent back to you.
## 2. RETURN PROCEDURE
Important: Do not send your package back without contacting us first. Any return sent without prior email authorization will not be processed.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to contact@saolee.fr with your Full Name, Order Number, and the reason for your return.
2. Wait for our team to review your request and send you the email authorization along with the return instructions.
3. Once approved, pack your items securely and ship them using the carrier of your choice with a valid tracking number to the address below. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please make sure to include a note stating your Full Name and Order Number inside the package so our team can easily identify your return.
## 3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
