# TERMS OF SALE

## 1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms of Sale apply exclusively to all clothing and accessory orders placed on this website by non-professional buyers (the Customers).

## 2. ORDERS AND VALIDATION
The Customer selects products on the website and validates their order after reviewing their shopping cart and accepting these Terms of Sale. The sale is considered final once payment is approved by the banking institution. MAISON MLEE reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an existing payment dispute or suspected fraudulent behavior.

## 3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are firm, indicated in Euros (€), and include VAT, excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before final order validation. Payments are processed securely via credit card.

## 4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are shipped from France within 24 to 48 business hours. Indicative delivery times are 48 hours for Metropolitan France via Colissimo. MAISON MLEE cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the transportation services (La Poste / Chronopost).

## 5. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL, AND REFUNDS
In accordance with European law, the Customer has 14 days after receiving their package to return the product at their sole expense to our registered office address. Products must be strictly brand new, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after our team validates the return.

## 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of this website (texts, images, designs, logos) are the exclusive property of MAISON MLEE or its partners. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.
