All orders are shipped directly from France.

* During high-traffic periods, such as new collection launches or exclusive drops, processing times may be exceptionally extended. This will be clearly noted on the website.

## 2. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
We offer reliable flat-rate shipping options calculated at checkout:

* **Colissimo France Home Delivery (48h Tracked):** Delivery to your chosen address within 2 business days for Metropolitan France. Rate: 7,99€. (Free shipping on orders over €100).
* **Chronopost Express France:** Next-day flash delivery to your doorstep following shipment. Rate: 10,99€.
* **Colissimo Europe / International:** Tracked home delivery for our European clients. Rate: 22€.

## 3. ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and your official tracking number (La Poste / Colissimo or Chronopost), allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
